RISK OF LOSS
All purchases of physical products from Shyp are made pursuant to a shipment contract. This means that the risk of loss and title for such products pass to you upon our delivery to the carrier.
RETURNS, REFUNDS AND TITLE
Shyp does not take title to returned items until the item arrives at our fulfilment center. At our discretion, a refund may be isssued without requiring a return from the customer. In the said event, Shyp does not take title to the refunded product.
PRODUCT CONTENT
Shyp attempts to be as accurate as possible. Nevertheless, Shyp does not warrant that the product descriptions or other content on our Site is accurate, reliable, updated, complete or error-free. If the product is not displayed as described or expected, it is suggested to Contact Us or check the manufacturer's website for details.
PRICING
"List Price" means the suggested retail price provided by the manufacturer or supplier. We regularly check list prices of products. With respect to products sold by Shyp, we cannot confirm the price of a product until you inquire about it and/or order. If the correct price of a product sold by Shyp is higher than our stated list price, we will, at our discretion, either contact you for instructions before processing or cancel your order and notify you of such cancellation. We generally do not charge your payment card until after your order has entered the processing stage.
