Order Cancellation
Orders cannot be cancelled once the payment has been verified. Your satisfaction is our top priority and we take substantial measures to help you in every way possible when you approach us with a return request. Please make sure that the product is returned within 7 business days of receipt and sealed with the original packing.
Order Exchange
All customers are expected to carefully read through every single detail linked to an item before ordering it. We advise you to thoroughly check all product-specifications before purchase, as exchange after the order has been delivered will require a “restocking fee” to be borne by the customer. To ensure you get exactly the item you need, you are emailed your order details before you carry out the payment. If the product size, color or other specifications in the email don’t match you requirements, please make necessary changes before you finally go ahead and pay for your order.
Damaged or Defective Product
In case your ordered product arrives in a defective or damaged state, please contact us immediately so that we can guide you how to return/replace the item. We will examine the product and run necessary diagnostic procedures before getting it replaced by the manufacturer or refunding you the amount you paid for the purchase.
Wrong Order
In case the product we deliver does not match what you ordered in terms of description, color or size, please feel free to contact our team who will gladly replace it.
Warranty for discontinued items
If the customer claims warranty for a product which has ceased to exist in the market, it will be replaced by a model which can serve as its most suitable substitute. It is the manufacturer's prerogative to opt for the appropriate model to be sent to the customer as a replacement of the discontinued item. Shyp.pk is not involved in the replacement selection process in any way.
Restocking Fee
In case a product is returned, we charge a restocking fee of 15-25% of the total item value, depending on its type. All items must be returned in original packing. An item that you have opened and is without any defects does not qualify for a return.
