Special Order
In certain conditions where an item is not listed on Shyp.pk but is available on an international website, the customer can share with us the URL for the item and we can arrange its delivery to him/her. However, we reserve the right to decline the request if it does not fit our criteria.
Gift Option
Orders can be delivered without an invoice if you choose the “gift option’. This is mainly used when you are sending a present to a friend or a loved one. A special message can also be added to the gift during the check-out process.

Warranty
On all the products sold on our website, a limited manufacturer’s warranty is applicable. In situations where products are returned as a result of a defect or damage, Shyp.pk claims warranty on the customer’s behalf and the warranty claim charges are borne by the customer.
Limited Manufacturer’s Warranty:
According to this warranty, once you have sent us the product for examination and the fault has been confirmed by our technical team, we will send it to the manufacturer who is obliged to repair or replace your product free of charge (delivery charges MUST be paid by the customer). This warranty can be claimed only if the purchased item is found damaged or defective within the warranty period.
Shyp.pk will not be responsible for any consequential or incidental damage resulting from the usage of any item bought from our website. Our liability is limited to the monetary value of the product that the customer purchases.
